Abra Health expands dental services with acquisition of 2 oral surgery practices in North Jersey

Abra Health’s Abra Dental unit recently announced the acquisition of two oral surgery practices in the northern New Jersey area. The practices, known as Bayonne Oral Surgery in Bayonne and Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Institute in Newark, will join forces under the new umbrella of the Abra Health Group called Garden State Oral Surgery Group.

Following the acquisition, both practices will continue to operate under their existing names and locations, providing a seamless transition for patients. Additionally, the Garden State Oral Surgery Group will launch a new website to showcase its expanded services and offer a centralized platform for patient information.

The inclusion of Bayonne Oral Surgery and Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Institute into the Abra Health family marks a significant milestone in the company’s commitment to enhancing dental care in the region. Garden State Oral Surgery Group will be equipped with a team of highly skilled oral surgeons, including the former owner, Dr. Steven Dirienzo. Dirienzo will not only continue his work at both Bayonne Oral Surgery and Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Institute, but will provide his expertise at two other existing Abra Health offices, Abra Dental in Elizabeth and Abra Dental on Somme St. in Newark.
